News comes through that Enron's Kenneth Lay is dead. Massive heart attack, apparently. Then my esteemed colleague, in like a bullet:
Hmmmmm. Man worth $100 millions dies just before being sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison - I'm thinking that a missing hobo and some plastic surgery are involved.
So what do we think? Dead as a proverbial, or off to start a new life in the sun?

Ken Lay's current status:

Dead
2(16.7%)
Alive
10(83.3%)

Given Lay's vast personal fortune and the extent of his fraudulent activities, how likely is Tony Blair to award him a posthumous honour?

Very likely
0(0.0%)
Very very likely

Definitely

Unsure, but Tony will certainly want to go and stay at his villa
11(91.7%)

Good luck to you, friend. Bear the "missing hobo" part in mind. It could turn out to be crucial.
